Tips for Renting Candle Accessories

1. The best time to start looking for pieces is as soon as you start planning for the wedding.

2. The best time to book your rental is 3-4 months in advance. This gives you enough time to secure products and finalize all details.

3. Bring as many samples as you can when picking out accessories. These include linen samples, color swatches, pictures ect. All of this will help when thinking about height, color and shape of the candle holders.

4. If you are working with a florist don’t rely on them to provide candle accessories. Take the time to look at rental companies because they normally provide more variety and more unique pieces.

5. Be mindful of delivery, setup fees, and conditions on how rentals need to be returned. If you have a wedding planner they will complete all contracts with the rental company and worry about all those details for you.
